This is a beautiful vessel. I know it supposed to tarnish but it tarnished really fast and my cap kept getting stuck. I have yet to experience a copper aftertaste, and I’ve had water in it for days.

I'm careful to keep this upright, it may leak a little but the cap screws on reasonably tight. I can tell the grooves will eventually strip out, but it is good enough for my needs.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews before finally purchasing this water bottle. I just wanted to post a pic of the inside of the bottle after first use. I washed it with a bottle brush with lemon juice and salt before using. I also used distilled water in the bottle and left it overnight. It is still beautiful on the inside and the water taste super fresh. Love it so far.

I have long heard that drinking water from copper dishes is useful, and recently received such a bottle as a gift. And now, this is my second purchase, I also buy such bottles for gifts to my loved ones, because I want to take care of their health. In addition, it is beautifully made and can also be an object of decor.

Looks beautiful and doesn't leak at all, but I got poisoned by adding a vitamin mix to the water in the copper container. It corroded so quickly and I drank the water. Bad, I vomited and had tingling hands and lips. Im done with copper containers.

Aesthetically pleasing. Nice that it's got a health feature. It's just a trifle too tall and I do have a problem propping it up. Could come with mote of a description. I like this.

This is much better than expected after reading some of the other reviews. It is much more attractive than the smooth copper versions IMO, as it doesn't show every fingerprint. I haven't needed to polish it or anything as the slight tarnish over the hammered finish gives it character. I keep this on my bedside table instead of my old copper cup. In addition to the Ayurvedic benefits, it keeps the cat from drinking and knocking over my water during the night!

This bottle was beautifully designed but it's not real copper it has a very heavy metallic smell and taste. It started turning blotchy after the second day and just keep getting worse. Save your money

Beautiful Waterbottle! I love the hammered look. I use it every day and it works great. The instructions that came with the bottle were very helpful. Make sure you towel dry the bottle completely when you are done using it, especially the lid and threads. The bottle is copper, it WILL tarnish and oxidize. Taking care of it will give it a longer life.
