Not All Aluminum!: Grill & BBQ Utensils

Just Received Today, 4/15. "All aluminum structures" is written on the packaging. Except for the pen. Hard plastic with a small screw molded into the base. It will be the first thing that comes off when I use it. I'll be a little nervous to make sure the print is right in the middle.

Cons
  • Mostly Good But...

Well done fast shipping

Putting parchment paper on the bottom is the only way to get them not to stick to the bottom of the press. This can help the burgers separate more easily if sprayed with cooking spray first. I've never done this myself, so it's just an educated, hopeful guess.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Everything great

Handy Hamburger Press

This hamburger press was amazing! Although you can only make one at a time, I made 30 Easter burgers with this and it didn't take long at all. The size of the burgers was great too! Cleaning was easy as the handle unscrews from the top of the press and you can pack the item into three pieces.

Pros
  • Large Selection
Cons
  • Frequency

Works pretty well. Best in Grill & BBQ Accessories

I made some ground beef patties and some chicken patties. At first I just put the hamburger down and couldn't get it out. Put the wax paper first before placing the meat, then put another wax paper on the meat before pressing. Also, when cooking chicken chops, don't forget to remove the wax paper, you can't see the wax paper.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Clarity

Makes cupcakes

I wanted metal (as opposed to regular plastic) because of the force required to press the lid. It's metal, but it's kind of soft aluminum. I was surprised at how small he is, and the cakes he makes are also smaller than most people who bake by hand. Meat tends to stick to metal so use the wax paper liners they give you (and order a few more of those).

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Expensive

Burger meat comes out instantly with no paper inserts.

Due to Covid-19 our grocery store has stopped selling pre-made hamburger patties so this little gadget was a great purchase. It's easy to use, the patties fall out without the use of paper liners, and the size of the hamburger, while slightly smaller than store-bought patties, goes well with regular buns. We buy a pound of ground beef and make four patties.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • There are downsides
