    High performance, low cost, great customer service

    I've used other activated carbon filters in the past and found them to really improve the taste of water and coffee. This particular device is particularly good due to its lower cost and longer lifespan. I had a problem with a filter leak and contacted customer service. They quickly sent me a replacement part which solved the problem. Excellent customer service!

    Convenience and save money!

    Eagerly opened the packaging to find great tutorials with easy step by step instructions. I am a long term renter of my condo and was looking for an inexpensive way to have more water without constantly buying bottled water and here it is! Space under my sink was a little tight due to my plumbing work, but the installation was still easy to complete and the filtration system still worked with no issues. I'm already noticing a change in the taste of my water. Very happy with my product!

    I'm glad we were at home because water is everywhere

    Hello, I would like to announce that I installed this product just two days ago. and luckily my family was at home when the hose burst and water splashed onto the kitchen floor and through the ceilings in the basement and seeped in. I don't normally write reviews but wanted the manufacturer to see how bad the threads on the valve are. Just a note, I'm a pretty handy person and checked and pressure tested the valve and used thread tape and a plumber's wrench. I'm not sure if this just happened…

    Pretty Straight Ahead

    The package came with everything you need. We have a system under the kitchen sink so I decided to use it for the bathroom sink; So we don't have to deal with the unpleasant taste of chlorine when brushing our teeth in the morning. The installation went pretty quickly. I had to remove the drawer to open the connection. I drilled a template with a drill, installed a filter, washed for 3 minutes and there was no chlorine taste in the water. It seems that the water consumption has decreased a bit,

    Be careful with the water pressure in the EG New York

    We bought this water filter and were initially very happy with it - easy installation, chlorine taste removal and it seemed like a good deal. The problem started with the water pressure dropping after 1 month of use (at pretty standard NYC water flow) making the filter difficult to use. However, the support was exemplary and really great, we tried to fix the problem and sent a replacement. so we can see if the new one works: still much better with the new one month later, but the support meets…

    PUREPLUS is a great filter!

    I am very satisfied with my PUREPLUS undermount water filter. My old one was attached to my faucet but it was bulky and always in the way. This one is great because it's under the counter. The amazing thing is that I installed it myself and it was so easy. The instructions were very clear and everything I needed was there. My water tastes much better. I'm a big coffee drinker and water makes coffee and my coffee has never been better. My old water filter had to be changed about every 6 months…
