This order had a terrible smell when it arrived. I open the box and the product inside was disgusting. It was either covered with open groceries that had been stored somewhere for a long time and when the order was picked it wasn't quality checked to eliminate this problem. I survived it because it was so gross and smelled so bad! You can't even send it back for a refund. Dissatisfied.

I wanted this to work for our new rescue, Sophie, but she had other plans. I love the portion size and it was even easy to open! I put in one of Sophie's portions and she came over and started licking. I was happy because she seemed happy too. Then I hear a strange noise and it's her trying to bury it under her napkin. MY GOD! She didn't do it with a can of Fancy Feast liver and chicken pie, so I don't get it. I know it's a different flavor, but really!? Anyway, I'll try giving it to her again…
