Absolutely LOVE this for hunting! Unlike other heads/masks, this one is free and I love it! I can hear, I can breathe, I don't feel like I'm suffocating, I'm sooo warm too! I also love the different opacity levels! You can place the black part over your nose or it will hide well in the mask and you can stick your nose/mouth out. love love love! I'm a pushover when it comes to cold weather. I'm tired of trying to use that's windy protection from high winds here in tulsa when the temp drops into adolescence it really works I'm glad I didn't pay more for cashmere (that blows in the wind) I wanted something that would protect me wouldn't tempt you to run home without exercising dog enough I'm glad I found out.

I am very disappointed. That's not how it was ordered. I ordered a blue-grey color that looked light blue in all the photos. What I got was a boring pastel turquoise that isn't even listed as an option. The hood fit was comfortable, but this item was a lot longer in the front than it really is. I BELIEVE I RECEIVED YOUR OLD STYLE BALACLAVA AND NOT THE NEW UPDATED VERSION IN THE DESCRIPTION. Certainly not what I expected. Definitely not what I wanted. I WILL RETURN THIS BALACLAVA.

It's a hat, scarf, earmuffs and alligator all in one! Also, it's purple, so it matches my purple winter coat. It's nice and long so that it tucks into the collar and the snow doesn't get into the coat. Love how it adjusts for both hat and face, although the adjustment cords stick out. I really like the longer neck part as it stays under my layers of clothing and doesn't pop out and also just gives more coverage which is nice for sure. It fits very well, is very soft and will keep me warm on my daily walk or bike ride to and from work. I also really like that the top of the hood is round rather than triangular or "mountainous".
