they are great for my brushes, i keep my best brushes (sonia G) in them so they don't dust, my only complaint is the smell i got right away threw out all the beads and still had to air them out for over a week and i still smelled a horrible plastic smell so i wouldn't buy again but i'm happy with the two i have now. At the moment I keep them in containers in these holders, I didn't like the beads so I might use rice, not sure yet.

The case itself is good but gets three stars because the beads (which are supposed to be "odorless") had such an unpleasant strong chemical smell that I had to throw them away. However, I will keep the storage box and find other beads to put in it. ***Update: So after leaving my makeup brushes in the case with the lid closed for a day, I found that the case itself also had a strong odor, so I left it open in the sun for an afternoon and then washed it, but it still stinks.

Okay, I'll keep it short and sweet. I've added a standard Kleenex box for size reference. The box is big and holds so many brushes. You must be careful when opening, otherwise your lid will fall off and may break. The hinges have no springs. This is not a problem for me. The pearls smell like nail polish and I don't care. I bought a small version of this brush holder a while ago and I really like it. I needed more space, I have so many brushes, so I looked for a big putwo brand box. It was well packaged with no scratches or hard-to-remove stickers that are sometimes found on such products. This box has metal hinges and won't slide easily. I bought a large and a small stand. They do their job very well but I am deducting 2 stars for the small bracket issue. Details below.1. Arrived in excellent condition.
