The screen is great but I miss the remote and really need it for my setup! I would be willing to change the rating to 5 stars if the seller sent me a remote control.

So smooth and quiet it will drive you crazy. Super solid build quality, I'm happy with it. Note that it takes a few weeks to "carbonize" any plastic it's made of. Super smelly. but otherwise a great screen, especially at this price point.

Overall everything works as expected. However, it has a horrible chemical smell that went away in almost 3 weeks. The only option was to hold the screen down to air out. However, I'm not sure if the fumes were toxic.

We bought this light because of the size of the room we were putting it in and because it was motorized. First let me say it arrived on time, there was a small dent in the top rail but it doesn't affect the function. I have to say it's worth the money!

Missing remote control, useless for my automation set up with no remote control to copy frequency. Also came bent with a lot of damage. But the most important thing for me is the REMOTE. Dust please send a replacement. I've written to support 5 times. Submit my remote and I will amend this review.

The engine appears to run well and there are no scratches or defects on the screen but the item was clearly used and not new as expected. The metal case has many scratches, smudges, dents and even poor quality touch-ups. We expected new, unused. I would like to know why we got a used one.

This is a really good screen. I wasn't expecting anything of high quality for the price. When the box arrived I was shocked at how well it was packaged. This was the first indication that this was going to be a nicer product than I expected. Now that it's done I can tell you: 1) Accelerate up and down - Great 2) Screen quality - Excellent 3) Screen up/down sound - Very very very low I would highly recommend this screen if you are after it Looking for. It's worth every penny!

This projection screen hangs from my ceiling and works great whether I'm using a remote control or a connected controller. The remote control comes with a plastic case and screws, so I mounted it to the head of the bed to easily press the button and raise and lower the screen. The image quality is projected beautifully and clearly. I can also just remove the projector from the two hooks I'm hanging it on and move it to another room. I have hooks in 3 rooms so I can move them around depending on
