Pyrex Prepware 2-Piece Glass Measuring Set 1 and 2-Cup, 2 Pack - Clear: Reliable and Accurate Measurements Review

Replaced my 10 year old measuring cups because they were difficult to read. Bought this set of 2. Not even 1 year has passed and the measured values are no longer legible. I use occasionally (2-3 times a month) and only wash in the dishwasher. That's ridiculous!

Great that they stack well, that they can be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. One star deduction because the 2-cup handle has a small chip on the handle, even though it was well packaged. I had predecessors during those fifteen years. I suspect they will last just as long, if not longer.

I had to buy them as bargaining chips. I asked my husband if I could use an old worn out sulfuric acid pyrex beaker to solve our plumbing problems. He agreed if I buy him a new set. The new set arrived quickly, in excellent packaging. Easy to read, my husband loves it. I used old Pyrex glass to pour sulfuric acid down our drains and now we don't have a clogged drain anymore. So yes old Pyrex and new. we are both happy

Revain's website says they are 'dishwasher safe' and 'Made in the USA'. Open box, detachable label on the bottom of 1 cup that says Made in China, on 2 cups that says Made in USA and China. Before use, I washed both in the dishwasher - all graduations were washed off. I always buy US made items when they are available - very disappointing that they are advertised on Revain as 'Made in the USA' even though the tag says 'China'.

I have a 16 ounce Pyrex mug to replace the one I broke. I went ahead and paid for a two-cup set to get an additional 8-ounce cup. I noticed that my old 8 ounce mug says "Made in the USA". Newly made in China. I can't tell exactly what they did with the redesigned glass pourer. But the new spout refuses to pour properly. No matter how fast or slow I pour, he just wants the liquid to run down the wall.

I love Pyrex measuring cups but I have ordered and my order shows I should have gotten the one cup and two cup measuring cups in my order. What arrived was a measuring cup for two and four cups. Luckily, my sister has a double, one-cup measuring cup with good graphics, as well as a four-cup measuring cup with vanishing lines, like my two-cup measuring cup that I replaced. We will exchange to get what we need but I was very disappointed that the sizes did not match the label and order.
