I love W-Snaps but this one doesn't fit right so it wobbles a bit. I didn't return it but thought you should know.

Economical alternative to the wooden frame, very light. I took 17" x 17" for a large canvas of 25 x 15. In fact, 11" x 11" might work better as it's awkward to brace up to sew. I use a TV tray to support the edge of the frame and half in my lap.

I like that there is no ridge on the edge of the top that snaps onto the 'hoops'. I'm using it for a great cross stitch pattern. An avid X-Stitcher recommended the Q-snap brand, very satisfied.

This is exactly what I expected. There are inserts I can take out to make the frame smaller, so it's like having three different sizes in one purchase. Holds the fabric well and allows for really good tension. Good product.

I don't know if it's fake or not but the clips are so tight it's almost impossible is to get the clips over a quilt sandwich - even when using the thinnest batting. Called the company that "makes" them (real, not fake) and they offered to soak the clips in hot water to make it easier - etc. Fine, but real or fake, not interested to fight them. go back.
