They work well but it's clear they don't meet quality standards. Each came with a bag containing a screw and screwdriver that didn't fit. I bought a few of these and there are some useless screwdrivers. They would do better if the price matched the quality.

I ordered 6 of these for my DL360 G10 server. All 6 came with screwdrivers that didn't match the screws. one of which arrived WITHOUT SCREWS. This is a big problem as you can't just go to the hardware store and buy Torx T7 screws to match your hard drive. My server deployment had to be cleaned up due to this terrible quality issue. Carrier tray works as advertised, runs smoothly. However, the packaged screwdrivers are not suitable for use. However, this does not prevent me from ordering more of these trays.

I received this as a drive bay for my HP Proliant Gen8. It works perfectly, turns on the lights on the front of the drive, there were no errors or problems after installation. Ideal.

In general, the product is good. However, if you plan to use the tool that came with the screws that came with it, you won't be able to. I had to run out and buy a torx driver to use the screws as the torx driver that came with the product was too big. I bought 8 of these at once and encountered the same problem with all 8 drivers and 32 screws.
