Description of QuickFill
QuickFill software was built with a strong framework and has been providing publishers with the features needed to fulfill subscriptions, bill and renew them, and provide customer service, as well as to generate a wide array of reports for accounting, marketing, analysis, and so much more since 1989. Whether QuickFill is used through an in-house installation or in the Hosted QF environment (SaaS with data center security, immediate updates, and availability through web-capable devices), customers can rely on QuickFill's relational database to deliver a solid subscription fulfillment solution.
With QuickFill, experience data entry with built-in validation tools, ample fields for storing and reporting additional customer data, and a multitude of ways to locate and report on prospects, customers, subscriptions, and orders. In addition, it's easy to create labels, bills, renewals, and acknowledgments for print or mail-merge through a favorite word processor or email program. QuickFill comes with sample forms, templates, and ODBC queries that can be used as they are or changed in any way desired.
Regardless of publication (non-audit, audit, online) or subscription type (single, two-party, group, agency, gift, or complimentary), QuickFill handles all aspects of traditional and online subscription fulfillment. Beyond the features and functionality mentioned above, QuickFill also provides audit trials, flexibility for billing renewals, read-only ODBC access, online credit card payment processing through 3rd party integration, and comes with a comprehensive help system and documentation, not to mention our highly rated technical support team. With the exception of the Starter Kit, all systems include unlimited email and telephone support, and upgrades, for the first 90 days.
