I've been looking around for these plastic dishwashing sponges for a long time. So luckily I found them here. I mainly use them to clean my fryer that has a ceramic lining inside. And they work great. My mother and grandma always had these pads. i understand why They work and last a long time. I just soak my broiler in the sink for 2-3 hours. And these pads make it clear right away.

This is not copper braid; it is copper encasing a thin but strong steel wire. The copper comes off fairly quickly, leaving a steel or stainless steel mesh that isn't as good for pots as steel wool. The grip is comfortable, but I'd suggest getting steel wool - it's not as comfortable and clean, but it's cheaper and works better. That's worse than the copper washcloth you could buy before.

Plastic. Yes, they wash dishes well and do not scratch. BUT they are not durable at all. They start falling apart almost immediately. And I don't use them for complex things. I use a cleaning brush to get rid of big, hard things. I use them to scrape off small residues like gravy, cheese sauce and the like. It's terrible. I try to save it and it falls apart. I have another brand that I can use to scrub the paint off. But they can't even handle the rest of the ice! save your money
