Bought this for my husband to wear after brachytherapy so our little Yorkie can still sit on his lap. It's hard and hopefully does the job. I was very happy with it.

Dental hygienist here. I put it on and off about once an hour. It's not too heavy, covers my growing baby and is durable. I just wish there was velcro instead, but it probably won't last as long as I think.

Size L should probably suit everyone - it's adjustable so you can choose it smaller for a smaller waist or M; I'm glad I have a big one - point is to cover your body after all.) You can sit on it so it also covers most of your torso.

My employer bought me this lead apron after finding out I was pregnant! I am a dental assistant and when I found out I was pregnant I wanted to protect myself from radiation exposure. It is a very nice metallic blue. It's not very heavy with an adjustable clip on the back! I could definitely work in this apron, but currently I only wear it for x-rays!
