Best option ever - saves us hours every week

It's easy to use and has many useful options that I have not seen elsewhere, especially for small businesses like mine. Some of them will need more explanation (like some of the terms) but most are well explained. We've been able to keep our invoicing simple without needing additional software. No complaints so far! They're helpful and responsive when it comes to issues we might encounter or questions we have about their product. I haven't encountered anything I don't love yet, but if there is…

Pros
  • The ease in using all aspects compared with other payment providers such BACS/ACH etc..The ability at least try before committing too much money into an account set up..the customer service team response times within minutes via email / phone call..all very positive experiences thusfar :)
