At first it seemed good.

The product looks well put together and seems to work as intended but my phone fell out of the holder on the way. Luckily I wasn't driving very fast and miraculously the phone wasn't damaged.

Phone dropped twice while driving

My phone (Samsung Galaxy S22) fell out of the holder twice (small bump) after a small bump on the road. Now I use a rubber band to secure the phone. They should add a small locking mechanism if the phone is in place. The spring is not strong enough to hold the phone in place.

Works as advertised

Adapter fits well and is sturdy. At first I couldn't get power from the charger. I had to download the BMW Connect app to activate the navigation menu and then it worked as expected. I have an iPhone XS with an Otter case and it fits perfectly. It holds it in place but you need to make sure it touches the sides of the carrycot before attaching it.

Excellent product, charging works well, I have an iPhone 12 and it works very well

Bought last week, used 4-5 times, the commute to work is about 30-40 minutes and I had no problems, charging works well, i can charge 50% of the battery in this time. It also has small indentations on the top lugs that hold the phone in place to avoid constantly pressing the volume buttons.

Wireless charging in thin phone cases - or no cases at all

Wireless charging is not available in all phone cases. A bit bulky compared to other options. Stubbornly forcing the body to snap into the BMW navigation mount, but it will do. Be patient and firm. Also, the bright red pull tab distracts me visually. It may seem like a hackneyed complaint, but with a motorcycle it's the little things that count. I ride the GS in the Pacific Northwest most of the year, so I want my setup to be as perfect as possible.

Can partially block view of GS TFT display

I really wanted this wireless charger from Fox Wolf for the BMW GPS mount. It's lightweight and was easy to attach to my 2021 R1250GS. My iPhone 13 Pro Max with Apple silicone case fits perfectly. The adjustable red clip on the bottom fixes the phone perfectly. Unfortunately, the red clip also made it difficult for me to see the bike's TFT display. The attached photo was taken from my point of view while sitting on the bike. I'm 1.93 m tall, so a short person might not have this problem. I hadโ€ฆ
