This worked fine for me. I often have to be in pants and business attire where it's not easy to carry extra gear. Just received and sending back. First of all, this is not an "ankle bag" as there is no way this thing can be strapped to someone's ankles - the straps just aren't tight enough. And the straps are too short to comfortably clip to my shin, which is what I think they are for. More specifically, the top strap snaps well where it meets the back of the knee joint, but the bottom strap is almost too short to wrap midway around my calf. Slips sometimes, but generally not bad. Used it in Vegas where there are a few pickpockets. There is a place for a passport, cash and credit cards. If you have more than a few accounts or many credit cards, everything might not fit. I was happy

It's actually bigger than I thought it could, almost fits my wallet. Great for work - I wear robes, my wallet is heavy enough to sag to the side, but I hate the lack of cash/card/DL, this solves this dilemma. I have tried several different brands of ankle purses and this is the best. No zippers (which always broke on me) and adjustable. I suppose you could even wear it on your arm. The most important thing is comfortable. Sometimes I have to tap my shin to make sure it's there. Everything stays safe inside. I bought an extra one to use on the other leg! Great price too.

Great hidden wallet. You say ankle, I'm thinking more of a wade. At least that's how I use it. My job requires me to wear it 16 to 18 hours a day, very comfortable, I hardly notice it.

Tied to the leg (I have them on the lower leg. They are small to normal sized) the bag is difficult to open and get something without the velcro straps solve, which is very cumbersome and quite useless. Just a large volume to put some credit cards or money in. It will not fit a cell phone or gun, the flap of the bag does not fold down to attach with Velcro. I have mine gone.
