I was expecting a very soft bed with deep pockets. Instead, I got a sad piece of pancake. I really don't want to return this but it's just not what I thought from the photos.

My kittens love the bed. I bought a big bed so they both can lie in it together and as you can see from the picture they have enough space. The only thing I wish the top was more upright but I still love the bed and would highly recommend!

Yes, it doesn't look like the picture at all. It's soft but not at all like the picture on the display. The cover is flexible and covers a quarter of the bed. False advertising. Came folded tight and ruined the shape. If my pet likes it I keep it, if not I send it back.

This guy loves to sleep under covers. He loves being in the shop with us so he needed a bed and blanket and this was the perfect solution. It took him a minute to figure it out, but once he figured it out, he was in heaven. Ideal for dogs that love to dig.

It is completely flat - and there is no way the top will ever stand up and create a cavernous structure. It is 100% flat without any structure. All this is not raised on the edge as in the photo. It does not form a nest or cavity but looks like a large flat circle. Big disappointment

It was wrapped so tightly like a burrito that the foam used to shape the top of the canopy is now permanently crumpled and even easy does not hold a bit alone. I didn't expect it to be perfect or anything, but it doesn't do what it shows, not even a little bit. The material is definitely soft and fluffy so I guess I'll have to give it one star, but honestly I'd just buy a regular bed if I knew the condition it's in.

update: lol I have the 24 in pink and it's awful! Completely crooked and crooked, the slab doesn't even cover half of the bed and doesn't hold up at all! I have a large standard size, both length and width, a dachshund that is also a bit chunky, but because it is very long I decided to go for the largest size that had this bed, and I'm glad I did because he curls up nicely in it and likes to snuggle under the hood for a bit to nestle in.
