Great resource, convenient and user friendly

I like how easy it is to get information about claims through this program as well for our small business group self-pay insurance plan that we all have access too! It would be great if there was an option so you did not need multiple screens open at once in order touse efficiently but still having quick reference or links from one page/screens together insteadof doing 2 steps with 1 screen each time i needed info!! Also sometimes when searching within my account (i am only allowed 3…

Very good program if needed: Rally Platform

I like that it is easy to use. It has an excellent user interface too! The application can be used in different ways depending upon what we need them for so many options are available using this software package. This makes our job easier as well; however sometimes there may not always seem to have any more information than when you first log into your account which could cause some problems with certain things (eg billing). We really don't run across much dislike about rally other then perhaps

It is good. I like the benefits that I have received.

The features are great! I like that it is fully customizable so you can get what your looking for to fit into your workflow process. There are some things that could be improved in user experience. It takes too long to load and sometimes has glitches which makes sharing information difficult or impossible. You have to use this software for every part of our business processes from scheduling appointments to managing patients financial status. This saves us time by having all info at one place…
