Works well. Some of them went too deep, so maybe the ones with the big washer around them are better, but they worked fine for framing the basement wall.

BUYER BEWARE. Description applies to 1516E with Ramguard for use with treated wood; However, they sent me the standard orange box 1516! This happened twice from the same seller!

I like the product and the price but the boxes were damaged. Pieces weren't in the boxes I had a package full of pieces that weren't in the boxes except it's ok I can work around it

Combined with a cheap Ramset pistol and very unreliable blanks (whatever the power charges are called) literally saved me hours. They anchored the pressure-treated 2X4 in the poured concrete without any problems.

I used these with an ITW Ramset 00022 HammerShot Low Speed Powder Tool. They worked great and had no issues after I got less shy about meeting the driver. They were able to anchor my PT 2x4 lumber into my concrete slab.

What else can be said about a nail driven out of a Ramset pistol loaded with a short-loaded 22 gauge blank? Fits well if you use the right cartridge. It's no good when it's hard old concrete, hard as steel. Too bad I didn't buy a Ramset/.25 ammo to shoot these things with the power of a little hurricane in a tornado.
