These are quality glasses but yes they are made in China. Also, mine had the letters RB etched into a tiny area on the edge of the left lens, so small I thought it was a scratch. Bought to put in a new prescription (intermediate lenses). After a few tries they had to refund me for the lenses as the curvature was at the limit of what they were capable of. When an optician measured them and traced them in 3D, they turned out to be within the lens manufacturer's capabilities, but they were slightly off. My other prescription glasses (gradient/progressive) are the Ray-Ban Avaitors and they are just great!

So extremely disappointed with these sunglasses, the details say 'Glasses' and when I received them they were plastic. I got them for my husband's birthday and he can't use them and I can't even return them.
