Item has been restored and re-certified but appears to have been taken out of the box for 10 seconds and quickly returned. Completely unscratched and brand new looking. picture is great! eliminates the need for a ring light. The light itself is a bit bright, but you'll be fine if you don't get past the first setting. Setup is easy and simple, it worked straight away on my Xbox One X!

on things like windows updates. Do not support companies that create such dark pattern software, this camera is corrupted by horrible software/firmware. Choose a more reputable webcam company.

I use this camera every day mainly for zoom etc but it excels in all lighting conditions and gives really good clear pictures/videos. I don't use a microphone as I use a Jabra 5XX USB speaker/conference device, but overall I'm very happy with it. I sometimes use a light ring to get rid of shadows/highlights on my face.

finally muted and only worked 3 times. Hasn't worked since then. Don't waste money on it. I liked it very much. I thought this would solve the lighting problem and that's why I can finally have 2 cameras to stream when I'm doing crafts. .

I liked this product. Absolutely amazing and clear. I already like the ring light camera as it helps my video look nice and clear. The downside is that it distracts me when I'm playing a game that requires intense concentration. I had to return it because the Razer Cortex program crashed every time I accessed the camera settings on the computer. I even tried it on my more powerful laptop and it still worked.

I was expecting a major upgrade from the built in cameras in my laptop and iPad. It's okay, but there are some weird contrast issues, sometimes the focus backs off, and it's usually underwhelming. The light is more of a gimmick than a functional feature. However, it looks good and the tilt function is good. That's fine for work calls, but for presentations or streaming where video quality would be important, I'd probably use something else.

Excellent construction, installation is as easy as connecting a USB cable to a computer. It has a solid look and understated design. The ring light gives good light. I think it doesn't render colors as well as I would like, but maybe I'll try different lighting. Autofocus can be disabled in advanced settings, which you may need. My main complaint is that I bought the returned item without realizing it. Revain hardly lowers the price, so IMO I'd try and get a new one if I could.
