Prior to the Viper Ultimate, I had a wired SteelSeries 3 rival that I liked, the Razer Mamba, which I wasn't a huge fan of, mostly because it was big, I was over it on that one mouse worried before i got it, but it is so small and light that i like to use it to play. The mouse works fine with a weird slight wobble on the right button but everything is great BUT I have a bad dock charger and I've got myself decided to return it and am about to get another lucky one. Keep in mind you can't ask Amazon for a replacement so you'll have to buy twice and return a different one than the mouse is great. I wish the dock would work, but that can happen when upgrading. The Razer Viper is the perfect mouse if you are looking for a wireless, lightweight and comfortable gaming mouse. Thanks to the weight of 72 grams, it seems practically absent even during gaming. If you buy an optical switch mouse, be aware that it is very soft, especially the first generation with serial number xx2036 and below. I have xx2026. It's not entirely the fault of the company restoring these mice. They did a fantastic job, they probably brought back a lot of first generation mice.
