Looks very cool installed on my Honda Stream (2006, RN8). The kit includes an Allen key, double-sided tape (for initial positioning) and various long and short screws depending on the thickness of the pedal. I'm very happy with the result, but there are small flaws: 1/ the shrink wrap stuck to some components and the paint came off a bit when removed - instead I had to steam the residue over a boiling cauldron (worked well); 2/ The instructions are all in Japanese, but there are enough diagrams

First of all I just wanted a brake cover which I installed this morning. I used #10 screws and pre-drilled the holes after removing the rubber brake cover. I drilled the razo plate a little more than the screw. I adjusted the plate to slide out slightly to the left, which is how I wanted it. I do not recommend mounting with the included rear side straps. I used the accelerator plate as a footrest. This is a 2011 Prius with a staggered seat and a Minnie Mouse brake pedal.
