Very helpful and knowledgeable staffs

The best thing about rdetechnologies is that i can get help anytime with any question. Their technical experts have been helping me out since last 8 years now! they are very reliable too. They always provide quality service which you expect from them. Nothing in particular to say at this point but will let you know if anything comes up during my next call! Great customer support team who understands their clients need. There's nothing much I dislike so far. For what I've experienced thus far…

  • Good communication skills, quick reply time
  • Flexible solutions for different scenarios all available resources were used well.
  • Always delivered as per required timeline/deadlines / requirements etc
Cons
  • Dislikes not having an annual plan (as there was none)

Great environment, great services and staff are knowledgeable

I like that they can help you with anything from general business advice through setting up computers or even helping in writing proposals! They always have new ideas when it comes time do projects/ jobs so its nice having someone who knows what's going along but also has their own idea how things work too which is awesome!! Nothing really at this point except maybe pricing could be more affordable (maybe not much though). If anyone wants an honest opinion about working here then ask them…
