My 3 year old daughter wore these leggings for her Cat Pete costume to school. I bought her two pairs in blue, both 3/4T, one for her costume and the other for fun at home. Both were too tight on their skinny legs, small on the buttocks, but too long because of the shoes. The quality is quite good, they fit well in the waist but the legs are really too long. It would be easy to remake them, but we're just rolling up the legs. Also, that particular color did not match the color specified in the order. We ordered a larger size which was exactly the color pictured but this was definitely a lighter shade and different tone. Overall we are not disappointed and can use them, but there is room for improvement.

The color advertised is not what I received. The material is very thin and does not shine. The seller did the right thing by refunding my payment and allowing me to keep the item or I would have to pay the postage. Maybe they can be used as pajamas as they are too thin to wear in public.

See through and the seam came out before they were put on. It was the first time it was worn. If I look inside because my daughter wanted me to fix her, you can see they cut out the label very sloppily. It was very obvious that they cut the material, see photo. Now I have to drive to get them back and go to the store to pick them up and we don't. Very disappointed. Worth no more than $5 and with a hole worth nothing.

It's terrible. Not at all what is in the picture. The belt goes so high that it was well above my daughter's belly button. The color is also dark purple. I returned immediately.

My daughter and her friends ordered matching leggings as part of their Halloween costumes. The two pairs were completely different shades of pink.

My daughter's gym isn't always the warmest, so she needed pants. They helped her keep warm, they are comfortable and elastic, so they do not hinder movement. They are bright and match her personality.

I bought my 8 year old daughter an orange pair to wear as part of her costume and everything about it is bad. The color isn't as advertised, they're too big (I saw a review that said they're too small, so obviously the size doesn't fit) and you can see through them. They are very poorly made. I'll be back.

These leggings are all neon colored, just what I was looking for! They are also thick and smooth and my girls find them very comfortable.

They are not the same as in the picture. They are neon, not shiny. They shine through to a large extent. We are very disappointed with the product.

Bought in two colors, neon yellow and neon green. The yellow was almost transparent, like pantyhose (I'll be back). The green was less translucent but still somewhat translucent. Wearing nude underwear solves this problem. It was true to size for my 8 year old. It's also embarrassing that it's not stitched with a gusset, a diamond-shaped detail in the groin seam is a camel toe!

They're not shiny, they're not Lycian, they're translucent. The size is too big. Mine is 7.5 years old, usually wears a size 7-8. Th 7-8 came up to her armpits and a 4-5 came up 2 inches below her armpits. waste of money.

My daughter wore it once and the inner seam tore at the crutch. I will return the torn leggings. Save time. Thanks for attention.

These are really nice, soft tights, form fitting but comfortable. My daughter bought these for her 80's Halloween costume and they were perfect! Perfect size and fit!

The seams came loose from the fabric after the first wear. Pretty poor production but I think that's what you get for the price.

I bought neon light green/yellow leggings for my daughter to wear to school for Wear Neon Day. The leggings are transparent like pantyhose. They are not bulky or compressive like regular leggings. The color doesn't match the picture either. I had to wear shorts over it because they were very thin. It's frustrating because I didn't want to spend $15 on neon leggings, but I figured if they're good quality, even if they're bright, she'll need them. I probably won't use these again.

My granddaughter wore them once and the back seam came undone about 3 inches. The stitching was intact but when the stitch was made the edges of the material didn't match up so too little of one side wasn't sewn together. The side with the seam was completely intact. On the other side, the edge was slightly frayed, indicating the material was misaligned.

I find the leggings quite see through, also I ordered a size 9-10 and found them quite loose for my petite 10 year old daughter.
