The ability to control the flow of information in a way that makes sense for our business. We can easily see who has access to what, when, and how often. It also allows us to build custom dashboards that are very useful for our team. I wish there was more flexibility in terms of adding new fields to the database. There are many times where we need to add additional fields but it is not possible to do so. This is not an issue if you already have a good understanding of SQL. Reach engine is easy

I like how easy it was for me as an individual user, to use without any training or help from anyone else in my organization. It can be very confusing when you first start using this software but once you get used to everything it makes sense!
