Product received and contacted according to the seller's instructions for a link to download the software, 3 weeks later and 3 emails, the seller does not respond and I am stuck unusable chip- Reader Writer

There was potential for computers and accessories

False advertising, this is not a writer, not in the sense that my small business needs. The software CD along with the manuals are vague and confusing. I love its size, look and feel, but I was sold for the ability to write, only to find it was limited to little-known support.

Product and following products received The instructions of the seller contacted him for the software download link, 3 weeks later and 3 emails, the seller didn't reply and I was stuck with an unusable chip reader.

False advertising - computers and accessories

Not as described. claims to be an author/reader but is really just a reader. I would not have bought it if I had known! I've requested a download link for each software to use and nothing, it's been over a month. Terrible customer service.

Requires software to use the product. The instruction manual is ridiculous.

I need to download software. Where? You didn't answer my letter. Without software, the product is useless. Please share me the link or email to ask for the link or just share the link or I will refund. This is a useless product without proper software. Be more professional and don't just list product specifications without proper instructions. Kind regards
