This is a great product, it does what it's supposed to do. It was easy to install. The inserts are marked so you know how to place the pieces correctly. It's good to have everything organized.

All buyers should be aware that there is a trick to install this item in the console box. Once you figure out the trick, it will fit exactly as it's supposed to. The trick is to play with a long piece until it just slides into the console.

Tray fits and works great. I added a small piece of "sticky tape" (used to prevent slipping on steps) as another reviewer suggested and it works really well. The separators came in after a bit of creative manipulation, but they're flimsy and I ended up not using them.

Took me a minute or two to figure it out but the pan and divider fit my 2019 Tacoma. The seller should probably make a little note about the installation as I see other reviews saying the spacer doesn't fit. Basically you need to insert the long piece diagonally and rotate 90 degrees at the bottom as the opening of the box is narrower. as a base. Fits like a glove when you do.

Despite several different reviews I found the top shelf to fit the 2019 Toyota Tacoma well. to organize in the bottom of the well, the bottom compartment does not fit. You cannot manipulate them to make them match. They may fit the 2018 model but are not compatible with 2019 Tacoma trucks. I guess I'll keep the top tray and throw away the rest of the order. Disappointing.

Like many others, I took the tray and dividers out of the box and was very pleased with the immediate snug fit of the top tray. I then tried to put in separators and thought they were too big before reading the reviews. Line up the dividers, noting the marks at the front and top, then rotate 45 degrees and insert the knot, rotate again and it fits perfectly. The console's inverted pyramid design makes it a little counterintuitive, but the tablet is NOT too long for a 19 taco.

As with a number of other reviewers, although the dividers didn't fit my 2018 Tacoma, they felt too long. I almost threw them away and wrote a bad review when I saw someone's review photo and realized I had placed them wrong. After rotating 90 degrees, they stood up with a nice, tight fit. I'm pretty handy at packing and DIY but it didn't occur to me to rotate the dividers 90 degrees, for some reason it just felt like they should have gone the other way and my brain thought not even after other

Tray is good and difficult to spoil. I thought the dividers in the console were too long so I used them diagonally just to organize things inside and wanted to take some time today to trim them down. I finally got a chance to look at it with a flashlight and see what I'm doing. I've tried to misrepresent them. I used a splitter that went from the front of the truck to the back and two splitters on the side. That is not true. Pin one piece to the side and two dividers front to back and it fits…
