Nice bag but very small

Nice bag but very small. Doesn't last much. I bought this for a weekend trip to New York after watching a video showing how well it would work in place of luggage. It's very stylish but definitely not suitable for my needs.

Beautiful but extremely tough

The design is so pretty but the leather is so tough that the backpack feels like cardboard. Looking at the picture and the design I thought it was a very loose and flexible skin. But that's not the case. Also, the zipper is very sharp and hurts a bit when opening or closing.
