Good resource and good customer services

I like that they are able get you quotes from multiple shipping carriers, which makes it easier for me as an ecommerce retailer who uses many different vendors in my business every month (and with whom we don't have direct relationships). It's not always easy finding out what your options will be each time there might seem something new about one or another carrier/vendor; however this service helps make sure things work well so our customers can shop without any worries when their items…

Excellent Customer Service & Product

ReBOUND has helped our organization with multiple issues including, but not limited to shipping delays, the ability for one person to do it all (as an admin), and it's ease of use. The staff is always willing to help and are always proactive in solving any issue you may have. Their customer service truly sets them apart. Nothing so far. We've used them for over 5 years now and we're so happy that we did. Great product, great team - best combination out there! Shipping delays. Solving tracking…

  • They really work hard at trying make everything as seamless possible while also getting things done correctly fast.They even keep me informed if something does go wrong during processing or delivery..so rare these days!! I love their responsiveness!!! And most importantly.the support/service level provided by everyone who works here..it just can't be beat anywhere else!!!! :D
