Works great, easy install

This works great and easy to install. An installation CD is included, but I didn't need it. I chose this product for its style and it did not disappoint.

CAC reader in memory card accessory

Item arrived on time. No problems with delivery and packaging, the product looks exactly like the picture. Very well done. Very simple construction. It was definitely a good buy. I recommend this product.

Misleading Card Reader Item

The CAC reader is not compatible with MAC OS 10.12. I tried to install the software several times and it always said it was incompatible. There were no instructions included either, I read the product description. I will definitely return it.

Compatible with Windows: Memory card reader

What bothers me is that it is not compatible with a Mac that has received the latest updates. This seems to be fixable with some simple software changes to the drivers. At the same time, it works well with my new Windows-based laptop and looks good too.

Don't let the price fool you, you can't beat this little reader!

This reader does everything it promises and more. I was skeptical about the price but I don't think you can find anything more expensive for card readers and chips than this. Try it, you will see

Make sure you get the instructions and not just the product itself.

The download required to use the smart card reader was not available even for this model I purchased. Didn't even get instructions on where to find the program, just a smart card reader that doesn't work. I am willing to change the review if I can find the program and other works.

Awarded Military Product CAC! Crate! It also has durable, non-slip properties. It may cost a few dollars more than others, but it's worth it. I've had 2 other CAC readers over the years and this is the best!

Fast read, good value for money

Great CAC reader, worked on my MacBook for the first time. Easy driver installation. For that they have a driver download on their website for those with laptops that may not have a drive. First go to the website that comes with the guide. Download the driver, restart your MacBook. After downloading again, connect the reader, insert the card, it works! If you are a US Department of Defense civilian contractor or a member of the military who needs to use a CAC card reader, I highly recommendโ€ฆ
