I followed the instructions and couldn't get it to work. There are three cables you can use. I tried all three methods and none worked.

Product did not work. Tried all the tips and tricks. Couldn't get it to work on any TV. Item returned to Amazon. Switched to another brand and it worked.

At the same time, the headphones feel solid and comfortable - pairing with the base was not possible. it says they should connect automatically, but they didn't. I tried both the optical port and the A/V ports and neither worked. Followed the instructions to reset and manually pair devices but it didn't work. I gave up an hour later out of disappointment and returned the goods.
