Delivered quickly, works exactly as expected. For some reason, Revain wanted me to rate it for "deep cleaning," which clearly isn't its function.

I already had something I liked for cleaning records so I didn't need that part of the kit. I bought this for a pen brush which is basically a small toothbrush. Instead, you could just buy a cheap toothbrush for 99 cents. It's my fault I don't know what a pen brush is!

I am very satisfied with this set, at the same time I bought AC/DC Powerage. When I opened it up there was 1 inch of black goo on one side. I followed the instructions from the kit and the album erased with no problems. Bon Scott has never sounded so good. Thanks for a great product.

The company that sells this product offers a velvet brush and cloth for cleaning vinyl records and a brush for cleaning the needle on the turntable. However, they use misleading advertising to provide you with a cleaning product when in reality they are providing you with about 1/5 of the amount. The solution bottle has a double bottom!

Replaced my 40 year old dishwasher with a record breaking cleaning brush ------------ When I got the box I was surprised at how good it is- ---------nice soft velvet nozzle with removable plastic cover---on the opposite side was a holder with a stylus brush-------a few mist nozzles from a detergent bottle and it does a great job--- -- I highly recommend this product

Terrible product. The spray bottle isn't as full as it seems and every time you use it the liquid leaks/is wasted. The brush is fine, but aside from the shine the liquid leaves behind, the brush actually cleans less than a dry anti-static microfiber brush. The design makes it easy to drop as the plastic door that holds the pen brush in place keeps falling and is right where you need to hold on. When it comes to wet cleaning, use a record cleaning machine or the do-it-yourself method.

I think this particular product comes with several different brands. The kit is a good idea, but the execution is a bit off. The velvet brush is in a plastic case. The velvet part nestles snugly against the removable plastic cover. The lid stays in place and protects the velvet brush. The back of the brush is also plastic, but there's an additional smaller cover on the back that opens to accommodate a very small stylus brush. Honestly, you'd be better off skipping that part. Two problems…

I would like to enrich the customer service of Record-Happy. When we first received the kit, there was virtually no cleaning liquid in the bottle, which we noted in the original review. Your customer service department sent us a new bottle (and brush) quickly! I really have to thank them for reading their product reviews and resolving customer issues quickly. The cleaning system works exceptionally well and we highly recommend it to all vinyl lovers.
