Excellent security for confidential recordings

i recently purchased a digital voice recorder with hardware encryption and it has exceeded my expectations for keeping my interviews confidential. The device is compact and easy to use, and the encryption feature gives me peace of mind knowing my sensitive material is protected .The sound quality is fantastic and the battery life lasts a long time. Poor customer service

product works fine but there is no reset code for a forgotten password in the manual. The manual says to contact customer service but the support email is never answered.
