This case protects like tank Armour for you iPhone, if you want to protect and not worried about weight or size this is the case for you, the work around I did to use my magsafe wireless charger (had to because my lightning port does not work on my old iPhone XS), but if wireless charging is not important to you, no problem.I'm glad the back of case is rubber and easy to cut with a sharp X-Acto knife, cut to a snug fit and slot for wire and I was set.Thats the only problem I had with this case,

Pros: Looks cool/ durable/ high impact resistance/ could be used as a weapon/ holds papers down/ speaker phone not affected/ will get you off the couch and outsideCons: Had to go outside to talk on the phone/ impeded internet signal/ forced to buy a different phone case (no metal this time)/ Don’t lose the Allen wrench that comes with the case. Most people don’t have one that small.

this case WILL protect your phone from anything. absolute tank of a case. The paint chips away but it still protects your phone and imo the flakey paint looks "rugged" and kind of cool. The trade off is that its bulky and bulges in your pocket and BIGGEST con is that your signal WILL be effected by this case by a bar or two.

Great case for protection. DO NOT lose the Allen wrench. Also, case blocks service, when I have the case on I usually stay at around 2 bars when I take the case off I have full service.

Fingerprint reader staring to stop responding, sometime it takes 3, 4 time to respond, but in terms of protections, it will guard your phone when you drop in the ground, just to remind, it's not water prove, if you drop your phone in the water it will get wet if you don't retreat fast enough

Makes phone to overheat. My son’s screen got a bump on the screen from the battery overheating and it expanded the battery. We went to replace his cracked screen (shattered from a very short fall while having the case) and we found out why this supposedly protective case didn’t protect the phone. So be aware, it’s metal so retains the heat!

This thing is big and heavy, but protects like a champ. The back rubber part is kinda thick but does allow wireless charging. The front glass screen cover allows perfect touch with the phone with zero lag. Dripped this phone twice since and had zero worry of phone damage.

I like the case, but it's too heavy. If you ever wear loose shorts you don't want this. The big problem is the reduction of cell signal. It's reduced substantially. Causes a lot of problems in the country.

I got this phone case thinking it would protect it, well was I wrong while putting it on it shattered my phone! May be difficult to remove or install, especially for people who are not familiar with similar cases..

Rated this low only because it’s so bulky. It would probably be very durable but it defeats the purpose of having the XS since it is built so bulky

Product damaged out of box. not worth the hassle of returning though. AND it doesn't charge wirelessly because the rubber is too thick in the back. ;/
