I have a cat that I recently started letting outside when I'm at home (I live in a second floor apartment). After they were microchipped and all the pictures updated, she wanted a highly visible collar. It can definitely be seen, and the bell helps me find her when it's time to enter if she hasn't already meowed to enter herself. It's also great that there's a break in case she gets into a quandary, I don't have to worry about anything.

Very disappointed with this collar. Put it on my indoor/outdoor cat last night and it's gone. Didn't even last 24 hours. This is my third Rogz collar for this cat. The first fell off within a week. The second lasted almost 2 years before the little red tab broke which meant it was easy to fall off so I just removed it before it got lost. Ideal for indoor and outdoor cats.
