They seem to work fine. The only downside is that there are 2 in a pack. A point on tempo. The other differs by about 4 degrees. I can live/work. Bought for use in the camper. This gives me an idea of what temperature the fridge/freezer is running at. Tested in home freezer.

Wanted to make sure our 2 fridges stay cold enough. I'm assuming they're accurate as the food seems to stay cold and not spoil =) I'll have to figure out how to make sure they're accurate at some point, but I don't need them to be accurate. Hope this helps =)

You really won't know the temperature in your freezer or fridge without these kind of thermometers. With today's high food prices, you need to know that your groceries are in good condition. safe temperature. They are very easy to read, so you can set the temperature.

After I bought the apartment and associated appliances I had no idea if the fridge and freezer 'settings' were correct so I wanted to be sure. I've fitted one of each and now know if I need to make any adjustments before things go bad. Good value for money!

I returned 2 of these from another seller, mainly because the metal edges were dangerously sharp and I doubted the accuracy of the temperature. These aren't much different. There are so many similar items on sale that I suspect they are all made in the same factory in China. They get the job done for home use because they know if your fridge and freezer is working more or less properly if you don't need 100% accuracy and are wary of sharp edges. For that they are worth their price.

Right out of the box the 6 units I bought had at least 7 degrees Fahrenheit temperature difference. After staying in the same refrigerator for more than 24 hours, the difference worsened to over 10 degrees. Please don't waste your time and money with these thermometers? A week and a half ago my fridge/freezer broke completely. All the food spoiled and had to be thrown away. With a few days to see a fridge technician for diagnosis and repair, I figured the best thing would be to get two-piece fridge and freezer thermometers to monitor the temperature once the repair is complete. The technician came and fixed the problem. It was a supercharger unit. He installed a new device and told me the temperature should be back to normal in 6 hours. I put one thermometer…
