Great platform that we used in past

I like how easy it was for me to set up my notifications as well as getting them out via different channels (email, text). Also liking being able to use our internal system to get notified when something happens within our business. Honestly not much dislike about this service yet but there are some minor things such as needing to be connected to internet whenever you want to check your alerts or having to pay per notification instead of free. Just make sure you have enough space available if…

Easy tool for call center management and customer communication

I like almost everything about this app from it's simplicity along with ease for my employees (both internal & external). It has helped me communicate within our organization quickly which improves productivity as well! Nothing really not liked yet but nothing major either so far :]. Easy integration into Slack channel - no need to use any 3rd party software or website/API just login your users using their phone numbers! Our sales team uses this tool mainly during outbound calling process where
