The front reclining portion of the chair sticks out enough so that makes it difficult to simply stand in front of it and just sit down. You kind of have to aim your butt at the seat and fall backwards and hope for the best. It is also , as others have pointed out, a bit flimsy and hard to adjust the lock control. They are nice looking and comfortable, but you have to be careful during take off and landing. They haven't collapsed yet under my weight, but I feel like that's almost inevitable.

The part where it hinges should have nylon linef nuts to keep them from loosening. It does not. Bolts and nuts loosen up all the time and fall out. This causes the chair to fall apart. I don't trust it to sit in.

Windstorm came & toppled an entire TREE, but did these chairs move?Nope.They withstood the onslaught of wind & rain like two giant boulders.

You sit a little bit deeper than I expected. So that was a bummer but overall nice chairs. And they fold nice and flat for storage and travel.
