Communication best in my review

One of the holes is stripped, so I can't attach the arm rest to the body on thr right side. Right now I can only use one chair. I asked for a replacement part and haven't received a response!Update: They responded but I didn't see the response until later. As soon as I sent pictures and explained the problem, a replacement was in transit the same day. Excellent customer service!

  • Hard to assemble and missing an endcap on the right rocker, but it is great!

  • The rocking motion may not be comfortable or practical for users with certain medical conditions or disabilities

Was missing screws for one chair

I was missing the screws for one chair i was able to assemble only one if you can please sent me the other ones thank you Loved them!.

¥ 1st Off Tha Wholes Didnt Match Up Wit Tha Exact Spot Wit Tha Screw…I Had 1 Piece That Cudnt Screw Onto Tha Chair…2nd Off Tha Chiar Is Low 2 Tha Ground Or Porch…These Chairs R 4 A Patio Set That Sits N Ur Back Yard Instead Of Ur Front Porch…Think Bout It B4 U Buy This Product ¥¥
