As soon as I got it, put it in my printer, the black only printed every third letter, so I opened another black cartridge, did the same. Very disappointed I had to go to Walmart to finish my job. Update: I emailed the company, they were very professional and sent me a replacement package which I can receive any day now.

I bought these a while ago to have a supply of ink when my current cartridge is empty. I didn't print much so it took a year. If I put in the 1st. no ink! The second works fine. Of course it's too late to return it.

I had white lines in all dark areas. I've tried every step of servicing the printer, including a quick and thorough cleaning of the printhead, etc. The last attempt revealed that the problem was with the ink cartridge and it needed to be replaced. I replaced it with the second one in the order and it worked fine. Too bad I didn't use 1 much and had to throw it in the trash.

I bought this as a set and the second black ink cartridge doesn't work at all. I put the first cartridge back in and it printed fine (although it was almost out of ink), but the second cartridge doesn't print full pages. Since I bought them in a package, the right of return had already expired when I used the second cartridge, which means I paid twice for the product. I would not recommend this product.

We just installed cartridges from our second order for this product. The first cartridges we ordered worked perfectly. We don't count how many pages we print from one ink cartridge, but the first ones we got seemed to last as long as any of the others. When we delivered cartridges from the second order, we immediately received pale specimens and reduced combat readiness. We did all the cleaning etc but nothing helped. Little ink to begin with. Quality product. Great prices. I've ordered from them before. I will continue to order from them. I receive it on time and they work great. For my small business budget they are a big help. The quality of a refilled cartridge cannot be compared to a new cartridge which costs me as much for 1 cartridge as I pay for 3 remanufactured ones. I put both a black and a color cartridge in my Canon mg3122 printer and it kept giving me a color cartridge error. I was able to take it out and put it back in and it erased and printed but only from PDF files, didn't print from Word files at all and I had to print from Word so I had to put the old cartridge back in the print update I got from them received an email offering me a replacement or refund. I didn't like them at all. I put them in my printer which is old but still working and the printer didn't work. I previously ordered a remanufactured cartridge and it worked fine. So I thought it was the printer. I kept trying until I had to print and ordered a new printer. I threw away the old one and the cartridge in it.
