Excellent printers and supplies

One didn't print, but that's not the seller's fault. Customer service was fantastic, walking me through troubleshooting and then helping me return the products. I will definitely buy from them again.

Black didn't work well in office electronics

Color cartridge is fine. The black cartridge failed after almost 1 month of non-use and the printer did not work until I replaced it with a new cartridge. Didn't justify his money.

Ink Empty - Printer Ink and Toner

I have purchased XL62 color and black remanufactured cartridges. I don't print much and a standard HP 62 cartridge lasts 6-9 months. These XL cartridges only lasted two months - a total disappointment, basically a waste of $50.

Black cartridge with "ink empty " after 8 sheets

I don't know what's wrong with the black cartridge. Always get a delete and new insert message. After doing this a few times I was able to print 8 pages and then got an ink low message. I don't know if the message is true, but I had to buy another backup cartridge when it's actually empty.

This was a cheaper way to get the ink not the originals. It works great and saves our office money. It arrived exactly as ordered.

Works like the original

Works great with my HP all-in-one printer. It has trouble recognizing some brands but works great. The print quality is also very good. I will buy again.

Delivery was very quick and the price can't be beat.

Ink cartridges arrived very quickly. They looked like the ones I replaced. Removed the old ones and installed with no problems. Took less than 3 minutes. They work great and you can't beat the price.
