I have had many problems with other brands of ink, but this product has met my expectations. Color print results may not match manufacturer's product exactly, but are acceptable. For each day, the black text didn't notice the difference.

After loading your product into my Epson XP-830 I was just disappointed. What happened to the things you sold me? I can't type with it. Terrible!

When I received the package I opened it and noticed that one of the cartridges looked broken. The unopened package was covered in ink. However, I needed the ammunition immediately and had to use a different one. My printer recognized it without any problems and I can't tell the print quality from the original. I want a refund because one of the cartridges was damaged and I couldn't use it.

My printer uses ink. Now that I'm working from home, I'm getting through faster than ever. These inks cost about half the price of brand name inks and work just as well.

Bought to replace my Epson XP-7100 printer and it doesn't work. My printer doesn't even recognize the ink cartridge, even though it looks the same as the old one. A complete waste of money. I bought this ahead of time knowing I would need to replace the ink cartridge soon but now I can't even get a refund as I have 3 days until the return period is up.

I've been using this brand for several years and they worked great. There were 2 cartridges in the kit with this purchase, one of them recognized my printer with no problems, the second didn't recognize it no matter how hard I tried. I want a refund for the fact that only one of them is working properly.

Bought 2 packs of 410xl black cartridges. Tried and not printed with black ink. Epson says it's properly installed and full, but it just prints in different colors. A magnetic cartridge from another manufacturer worked perfectly.
