It worked at first, but later it was "not recognized " by the printer.

The cartridge was initially recognized as a 'HP remanufactured cartridge' and lasted about a month. Then one day the printer gave an error message and refused to print. I tried installing a second black 63XL cartridge. and was recognized. I don't know how long the cartridge will last before the printer recognizes it again.

Very bad print quality. Buy the HP brand!

The quality of this ink is abysmal compared to HP branded inks. The imprint is unrecognizable and therefore very difficult to read. If you need to be able to read what you print, I highly recommend spending the extra $5 and getting HP branded cartridges. But if you like this ink please contact me because I have 3 black and 2 color cartridges for you to get.

Ink cartridge not working

Review update: The seller contacted me immediately after posting this review and sent a replacement. An extra black came with the color cartridge, although only the color cartridge failed. The exchange worked great! I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service! The price is right, but the color cartridge doesn't fit in my printer for some reason. It's like my printer is rejecting it.

Very bad print quality. Buy the HP brand!

The quality of this ink is terrible compared to HP branded inks. The imprint is unrecognizable and therefore very difficult to read. Great Product - Office Electronics
