Description of 🚀 Enhanced Performance Remflex 10-001 Exhaust Gasket for Jeep 4.0L Engine

Remflex’s unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years. 4.0L (1990-1998) plus (Cherokee, Comanche and Wagoneer 1987-1990), 1(each), Heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes header and manifold flanges to warp. Remflex exhaust gaskets come in a standard 1/8 Inch thickness and are designed to crush 50 percent allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch. Wrapping of header and manifold flanges results in gaps between the head and header which Remflex exhaust gaskets seal completely due to the thickness and compressibility of the 100 percent flexible graphite. Fit type: Universal Fit.

Master ASE here. This is the best seal I have ever installed! Thick and adapted to this not-so-perfect strain. The car sounds completely different! love it

Best gasket for 4 liter engine

Best gasket for 4.0 liter engine. My last one deflated around the time the Remflex was there. This isn't a job you want to do over and over again. Spend your money on the right product.

Are there 4 other leaky seals? This will fix it. Accumulate extra money

Much more expensive than most gaskets. But if you follow the torque sequence and specs. You won't have any leaks. Jeep 4.0 engines are KNOWN for leaking gaskets and poor mounting surfaces. It's problem solving

This didn't fit my 2002 Wrangler. I didn't realize it until I went to start mine and found a big exhaust leak! The product description here does not indicate which year this particular model is suitable for. 10-001 fits 1990-1998 models and 10-004 fits 99-06 Jeep 4.0L. Check the manufacturer's website for a list of lights before purchasing.
