Remington WDF4821US Electric 3 Blade Cordless Review

I've only been using this razor for a few months and it no longer cuts my hair. I used it several times a week because I swim and I think it was too often. It may be a good price but you get what you pay for. At the same time a mediocre product that is essentially disposable. I recommend buying something better.

This product advert is misleading, actually a scam. It is advertised as WDF-4820 but it is NOT WDF-4821. Doesn't matter? The original WDF-4820 has a power cord that plugs into the holder, then simply place the shaver upright on the base! WDF-4821 has NO base! Just a power cord that plugs directly into the shaver. This leads to 2 problems: 1 = you have to plug and plug the power cord into the shaver for each use 2 = you have to stand the shaver on the counter There is no nice neat base to hold…

I ordered this because I already had one that I really liked but it needed foil and a razor. When I was looking for a replacement, I couldn't understand why a completely new unit would cost a little less than replacement parts. Both are really affordable! So I now have 2 of these and I found my original had 2 foils and 2 razors plus a trimmer. A new one has arrived and I have ONE foil and ONE razor. This razor works well as advertised. However, I have already had two where the foils were torn. I thought it was my fault the first time because I wasn't very careful to always put a shield on it when I wasn't using it. But on the second, I never left it unprotected and on a stand. Replacement coils and blades cost $2 more than the original razor, so this isn't a viable solution. not worth it, it takes too many passes per spot to even get most of the hair off my legs. I usually use my tiny very old razor with broken "teeth" that "pulls" (feels like it's pulling hair) when I try to shave with this one. I'm happy to give mine away for free. :(
