I purchased this product based on reviews and a product image showing it being used on a moldy washing machine door seal. I applied the product to a moldy washing machine door. Seal and let stand 4 hours. After those 4 hours. I wiped the surface with a damp terry towel. No mold was removed and nothing was visible on the rag. If there's a trick to making this work, I don't know.

I was so excited when I ordered this product to clean my washing machine. When I opened the packaging, the product in the box was leaking and I can feel some gel on my hand. I only use a small amount of gel that got on my hand when I opened the box. I claimed my washing machine, contacted customer service and they refunded my money. First of all, it really works. I've used it on gray rubber in a washing machine I inherited with horrible mold stains and where the gel stuck it was like new. The same goes for the moldy grout in the bathroom. However, bottles are terrible delivery systems! The gel comes out in a nice line, then there's an air bubble or something, and it spreads all over the place, skipping spots. You end up using too many to try to cover everything. The second problem: the smell is poisonous and causes nausea.
