This lint cleaner works so well! As good and as beautiful as I had hoped. This works for sweater fabrics, most rugs, and sofas. The only material it didn't work on was my chair cushions, which felt like burlap. This lint cleaner definitely gets deep into hair stuck in carpet fibers. I've used this on my medium to low pile carpets and have had good results. I would definitely recommend this if you have a shedding dog and their hair is all over the place!

I have a new sofa and two small dogs that don't shed but bring things from the street. Plus all the fluffy blankets that shed lint. So I spot tested the area and it not only removed the lint but also raked the fabric so it looked brand new again. Great for many things including car carpets. (Edit: You have to move slowly or it will snag on certain fabrics. It works great on my couch and car seats. Try a test patch if it's your first time trying it on new things.)

I vacuum regularly and use vacuums to clean furniture and curtains, but hair still remains. But this lint roller cleans thoroughly without damaging the material. It's amazing to see what's left after using my vacuum. It saves a lot of time and nerves walking back and forth with my vacuum cleaner. This lint roller is definitely a good investment.
