Failure and Renogy will not honor the warranty.

Failure within 2 months. First Renogy was told they would return the money, then a month later they said they would replace it, now they say they will do nothing. So much for the guarantee! Their customer service is also pretty useless, I assume they have a third party company in another country that they outsource to. A complaint filed with the BBB will accept a minor claim if the BBB does not file a solution.
