This cable does not work, the sound is muffled, very bad. Upon inspection I noticed that the ferrule for the item I received is different from the picture in the listing which is correct for the original cable. Two contacts are missing. This is unprofessional and annoying.

The sound quality of these cords/connectors is excellent for a replacement cord. With normal use, however, the connection to the earbuds themselves began to fall apart. With a little duct tape we extended her life, but I wish it had lasted a little longer on its own. Overall not bad for the price.
